HR Specialist - 6 months contract

Profile: Due to legal requirements within KSA we are only able to consider Saudi Arabian nationals for this opportunity. Experience working within HR function is preferable within luxury retail industry is a plus. Or an interest to learn more about the luxury retail industry. Ability to provide a luxury level of HR/recruitment service to all stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or equivalent with a passion for HR/Recruitment. Ideally CIPD qualified. KSA market experience, strong understanding of the needs and nuances of the regional market. Fluent English & Arabic language is a must, additional languages is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships with numerous complex stakeholders. Strong IT skills (MS Office, including advanced Excel). Warm & engaging personality with a positive and proactive mindset, strong ability to multi-task and to work at a fast pace while maintaining excellent quality and attention to detail. Emotional intelligence, with mental and professional agility to be able to move between brands and HR issues seamlessly clarifying priorities in an ever-changing environment
