Manager, HR Controlling

Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in HR Controlling, Finance, or similar functions. • Proficient in Excel, with the ability to manage large datasets and multiple budget iterations efficiently. • Ability to cross-reference data from multiple sources, identifying cause and consequence, and to use visuals and oral communication to present and explain figures to HR, Finance and other business’ stakeholders. • Attention to detail and discretion to manage confidential data is critical. • Aptitude to work independently and proactively, as well to coach and develop direct report. • Familiarity with HR processes, systems and tools is a plus. • Ability to shuffle competing priorities while communicating and driving quality results.
