Accounting Finance Transformation Manager
About the role
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar management position within an international group, preferably in luxury retail.
Fluency in English and Italian.
Strong proficiency in SAP/4HANA; PowerBI
Automation Systems & AI.
Strong financial acumen, risk awareness, and expert in financial regulations and compliance, with experience financial accounting & reporting.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership skills and team management experience.
