10+ years of relevant experience managing retail performance, with a strong operations background; Luxury beauty or fashion store experience a plus Possess a positive mindset, energy and passion for excellence Strong business acumen and result orientation to drive needed initiatives and demonstrate commercial creativity Effective leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire people and action planning Strong collaboration skills with the ability to drive alignment with department heads and global stakeholders Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and follow-through skills. Strong entrepreneurial spirit to support analytical and problem-solving skills Strong working knowledge of Retail KPIs, P&L; management, and operational standards.
