Minimum 5-7 years of related managerial experience in visual merchandising  Related Diploma in Art or Visual Communication  Flair for creativity with commercial sense  Analytical and detail oriented  Outgoing, dependable, ability to motivate and engage team members  Strong organizing and follow up skills  Strong interpersonal & communication skills  Proficient in MS office especially MS excel
