Retail Training Manager, SEA

Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or related field; experience in luxury retail will be highly advantageous Minimum 5-7 years of experience in retail training or learning & development Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and client experience standards Proven experience in managing regional training initiatives across multiple markets Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret retail performance and training data Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to inspire people and action planning Savvy with digital/technology tools to elevate learning experience & effectiveness Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills Possess a positive mindset, energy and passion for excellence
