Minimum 7 years Clienteling, CRM and business development experience in luxury goods / retail industry
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on conversion, pipeline management, and revenue delivery
Ability to balance relationship building with disciplined sales execution
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret client data, market trends, and sales performance.
