REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of Prestige Beauty Experience; Sephora experience is required Self-motivated with a drive for results consistent with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals Exceptional communication and organizational skills with strong store eventing success Ability to report metrics/target KPIs and competitive insights post-store visits Flexibility in work hours dependent on peak customer shopping times and key promotional retailer activations Present a professional appearance maintaining Ole Henriksen standards and retailer dress code Must have proof of insurance card, current and valid driver’s license, and reliable means of transportation Ability to drive within a 90-minute radius from city centers to service suburban doors
