必須条件 ファッションリテール、特にラグジュアリー分野でのアウトレットビジネス経験（3～５年以上） 複数店舗や広域エリアの統括経験を含む店舗ビジネスマネジメント、エリアマネージャー経験（3～5年以上） 優れたコミュニケーション能力（英語スキルがあれば尚可） 戦略的かつ分析的な問題解決スキル Microsoft Office（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）の中級以上のスキル Requirements 3–5 years of experience in outlet business within the fashion retail industry, especially in the luxury sector 3–5 years of experience in store business management and area management (including overseeing multiple stores or wide areas) Excellent communication skills (English proficiency is a plus) Strategic and analytical problem-solving skills Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
