Retail Operations & Inventory Manager (Maternity cover)
About the role
What is important for the role:
4+ years of experience in Retail Operations, Supply Chain and/or Inventory Management.
Ability to ramp up quickly, work with autonomy, and ensure continuity during handover and throughout the cover period.
Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (or equivalent BI tool) for KPI monitoring and reporting.
Strong attention to detail and quality of execution; process- and client-oriented mindset.
Strong time management and prioritization skills; able to handle multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
High degree of integrity, reliability and ownership; comfortable making decisions within an agreed framework and escalating when needed.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams and to manage external partners and vendors.
Collaborative team player who can also work independently and drive topics to closure.
Fluent English is required. Spanish, French or Italian are a plus.
