Retail Health & Safety Manager, Europe & Middle East

What is important for the role: 5+ years of experience in a H&S; role at a similar level, highly contributing and influential within a business. Knowledge, certification and qualification in relevant H&S; courses and processes. Ability to interpret and provide legal and authoritative advice on health and safety and risk management issues. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and drive change across all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective health and safety programs in a retail environment. Experience in completing H&S; audits and implementing relevant action plans is highly desirable. Experience in training and coaching to develop health and safety knowledge and expertise with a business. Self-driven initiative and able to plan work independently. Inherent interest for H&S; topics and the well-being of people. Able to travel in the Europe and Middle East on a regular basis. Fluent in English. Spanish and French are a plus.
