Leather Goods & Accessories Quality Leader (INTERIM/TEMPORARY)

What is important for the role: +5-8 years of total experience, with at least 3-5 years in quality within a similar sector. Experience in leather goods or luxury product manufacturing is highly desirable, implying familiarity with production processes, manufacturing quality control, and incident management. Previous experience as a Senior Quality Technician, Quality Engineer, or Quality Manager in a plant/supplier environment. Soft skills: Problem-solving ability, teamwork, organization and follow-up, effective communication with different stakeholders/clients, proactivity, attention to detail. Systems and technical knowledge: Quality control in production, process and product audits, Quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, AMFE/FMEA), Advanced Excel, technical knowledge of materials in the leather goods sector (leather, handbags, etc.). Languages: Spanish & Fluent English (essential). French is valued.
