What is important for the role:
Approximately 9 years of relevant experience within fashion or luxury environments
Strong background in trade marketing, retail marketing, CRM, and project management; experience in PR is also valued
Previous experience operating at Trade Marketing Manager level or in a similar role
Proven experience delivering large-scale brand campaigns, activations, and events
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership and COMEX-level audiences
Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing and developing teams
Strategic mindset combined with strong executional skills and attention to detail
Strong sensitivity to aesthetics, cultural awareness, and interest in craft-driven fashion
Fluent in English; Spanish and/or French are a strong advantage
University degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus
