INVENTORY PLANNING MANAGER

Key Requirements Bachelor's degree from a university required; Engineering degree preferred. Japanese and English, business level proficiency or higher (mandatory). Minimum of 8 ~10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and/or operations. Experience in luxury goods and/or global companies is a plus. At ease with data analytics and advanced level in tools such as Excel / Power BI ,Power Query, Dataset. Rational thinker, Problem solver. Good communication skills, able to explain clearly/simply complex concepts to other teams. Willing to challenge status quo and promote continuous improvement. Appetite/Experience to lead and develop talents. Team player, capable of working in a transversal environment.
