Indirect Procurement Manager
About the role
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of progressive procurement experience is required.
Extensive and dedicated indirect procurement experience is mandatory.
Proven hands-on experience managing end-to-end procurement operations.
Experience in luxury, consumer goods, or related retail industries is strongly preferred.
Experience in P2P system implementation and/or launch is preferred.
Experience supporting reporting requirements for global headquarters and/or regional offices is preferred.
Proven ability to work independently, taking initiative and ownership of procurement activities from end-to-end
Skill:
Strong ability to align diverse stakeholder perspectives, build consensus, and drive timely decision-making.
Demonstrated capability to provide strategic guidance and mentorship to ensure disciplined execution and strong governance.
Proven project management skills, including progress tracking, risk anticipation, and timely issue resolution.
High agility and adaptability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
Strong business communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Proficiency in P2P (Procure-to-Pay) tools and systems.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
Relevant professional certifications are preferred.
