Experience: Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of clienteling and service excellence.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Korean (both spoken and written) to effectively communicate with our Korean clientele. Proficiency in English and/or Cebuano/Tagalog is also highly desirable.
Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
Passion for Luxury: A genuine interest in luxury fashion, trends, and the history of the Louis Vuitton Maison.
Sales Driven: A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve collective goals.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
