EDUCATION
Bachelor Degree, with preference from Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or Law.
EXPERIENCE
Ideal 5-7 years of experience in C&B;, combining in-house and consulting backgrounds; experience in a retail or service-related environment and/or an international company covering multiple markets is strongly preferred.
Knowledgeable and experienced on Spain labor Law and Employee relations (being Spain the largest market within the region).
OTHER SKILLS AND NECESSARRY QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient Spanish & English; French is an advantage

Service oriented
Strong organizational skills, ability to priorize and multi task
Outstanding interpersonal & communication skills; trust & Integrity
Advanced proficiency in Excel required, with good understanding and interpretation of figures
Work permit in UE with valid Schengen VISA
