Operational Excellence Driver: Possesses strong organizational and coordination skills to oversee flawless execution of display guidelines, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement in visual merchandising operations. Collaborative Team Player: An effective communicator and collaborator, able to work seamlessly with retail teams, store managers, and field merchandising to ensure successful implementation and feedback loops.
