Inventory Control Specialist

Extensive Experience: 3-5 years in Distribution Center Operations or Inventory Control, ideally with prior 3PL management exposure. Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (macros, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) is critical, alongside strong PowerPoint skills and a bonus for Power BI experience. A deep understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and their operational flows is also required. Analytical Mindset: A highly analytical, statistical, and problem-solving approach, coupled with an unwavering attention to detail and commitment to follow-through. Operational Agility: The ability to learn quickly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and skillfully manage multiple tasks, all while being proactive, solution-driven, and highly organized. Collaborative Spirit: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships and communicate effectively across all levels, combined with the capability to work both autonomously and as part of a cohesive team. Audit & Process Integrity: Experience in supporting internal/external audits and a commitment to maintaining precise documentation of inventory processes. The appointed candidate will be offered a base salary within the range of USD $75,000- $85,000 a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
