Proven experience of at least 10-year in a similar Payroll Management, People / HR Operations or C&B; Manager role Retail / Hospitality or fast-paced environment background preferred Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting, with experience in creating HR dashboards Hands-on experience with payroll management from A to Z and HRIS Strong organizational skills and attention to details Strong understanding of UKISA employment law and HR best practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
