About the role
Must-haves
7+ years of experience in digital commerce technology, solution architecture, or technical delivery leadership.
Strong experience with eCommerce architecture and integration (APIs, data flows, authentication, reliability).
Experience with SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) or multi-platform commerce environments.
Experience in vendor management (setting expectations, reviewing deliverables, ensuring quality).
Working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban or similar).
Clear, confident communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A plus
Experience with Shopify (architecture, APIs, apps, and integration patterns).
Experience scaling a delivery “factory” model (playbooks, reusable components, governance).
Familiarity with technical SEO, personalization platforms, search/product discovery, or performance tooling.
Experience in a global, multi-brand organization.
