Brand Manager - Korea

Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and launching new products. Brand Management Expertise: Strong commercial acumen and understanding of consumer business objectives, competitive landscape, consumer behaviour, and the latest marketing tools and technologies. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to manage stakeholders across global, regional, and local markets. Analytical & Creative Thinking: Creative, out-of-the box and analytical thinking, strong digital proficiency, project management skills, and effective problem-solving abilities. Capacity of thinking bold and acting with panache while ensuring spot-on excellence in execution and pragmatic, fact-based evaluation of business opportunities. Language: Fluent in local language and English is essential; proficiency in other languages will be highly preferable. Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented and appreciative of luxury, highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented. Organized and structured, capable of dealing with several tasks and deadlines simultaneously and adapting to ever-changing environments. High level of professional ethos and responsibility for highly visible and complex projects. Financial Acumen: Experience in managing budgets and monitoring financial indicators. Capacity of setting clear KPI and monitoring the ROI.
