The Ideal Candidate We’re seeking an individual who embodies our values of innovation, professionalism, and customer-centricity. The successful candidate will have:
1) Experience: 8-10 years of retail experience in Wines & Spirits, Hospitality FMCG, or a similar industry.
2) Skills:
Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders, including distributors and trade partners.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and foster collaboration with key On-Trade accounts.
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
A deep understanding of the luxury goods market, with a customer-first approach.
3) Education: A Master’s degree in Business (Sales & Marketing) or a Hotel Management graduate.
4) Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
