Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in the Asia Pacific region.
Strong knowledge of locallabourlaws and regulations.
Proven experience in designing and managing compensation and benefits programs.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
Proficiencyin HRIS and other relevant software/tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to influence and drive change within the organization.
