Head of Customer Marketing

Join us if you have… Essential Qualifications 10+ years of relevant professional experience in trade/customer marketing, retail marketing, or category management within consumer industries. Demonstrated success in executing activations across both On-Trade and Off-Trade environments. Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Strong commercial acumen with ROI-focused mindset; systems thinking capability. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin   Preferred Qualifications Industry experience in wines & spirits, luxury brands, or premium FMCG Deep appreciation for luxury brand codes and ability to protect positioning in trade environments Understanding of On-Trade channel dynamics, including venue partnerships, experiential activations, and relationship-driven commercial models. WSET certification or wine & spirits qualifications. Experience with data analytics tools (Power BI, Aspire, Qlik Sense)
