Education
Commercial apprenticeship and or/studies with focus on sales, logistics or administration
Professional experience & know how
At least 5 years of professional experience in customer service or in a similar position
Customer focus, learning flexibility, integrity, and trust
Very good MS Office knowledge and SAP R / 3, Sales Force knowledge would be an advantage

Fluent in French, German & English
