Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Professional Experience & Skills:
5-7 years of progressive Compliance, Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations experience in the U.S. wines and spirits industry.
Practical/Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the three-tier System (Federal and State Level)
Strong analytical skills to support problem solving and making data-driven decisions
Excellent organizational skills
High-level of attention to detail and follow through
Must have good problem-solving capability
Strong MS Office (Excel) understanding and skills
Demonstrated success communicating to and influencing cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders
Ability to successfully implement projects
Can react to changing parameters through agility and professionalism
