Education:
Bachelor’s Degrees, or MBA Degree and/or years of equivalent experience.
Professional Experience & Skills:
10+ years of experience in business analysis, finance, business intelligence, or business planning, with strong exposure to brand marketing
Experience in a luxury, premium, or highly branded environment preferred
Practical/Technical Knowledge
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for Regions and Maison teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate a clear strategic point of view
Proven project management and organizational capabilities; able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable working with large datasets and internal systems (e.g., Anaplan, Nielsen, Power BI)
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated strengths in strategic thinking, business insights, planning and alignment, and balancing multiple stakeholders
