Education
Bachelors Degree and/or Masters Degree; CPA
Professional Experience
Minimum 12 years’ experience in accounting roles of which 2-3 years in a similar role
Practical/Technical Knowledge:
Strong finance and information systems intelligence
Good leadership skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and knowledge of internal control and processes
Expertise in SAP, Excel and Powerpoint
Personal & Interpersonal Skills:
Establishes priorities independently; Ability to handle peak of workload, Drives for results; Very much hands-on; Commitment to deadlines, Ability to work under pressure, Motivates others; Leads with integrity and trust; Capacity to get into details and summarize; Solid interpersonal and communication skills; High level of attention to details; Able to work with limited directions.

Compensation: salary plus discretionary bonus

Schedule: Full Time. Monday – Friday. Hybrid Workplace. Some travel may be expected. Availability and flexibility to adjust to schedule changes in the context of a global organization operating in multiple time zones (domestic and international), as well as related to business needs.
