Associate Brand Manager, HY Prestige

Education: Bachelor’s Degrees, or MBA Degree and/or years of equivalent experience. Professional Experience & Skills: 2-3+ years brand marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods or luxury environment. Wines & Spirits experience is a plus. Practical/Technical Knowledge Strong command of luxury trends & Asian American Culture Strong understanding of the on-trade with a passion for cocktail culture, beverage trends, etc. High level of execution – with strong attention to detail and luxury presentation Strong Microsoft Office proficiency – particular skills with PowerPoint and Excel Understanding of brand strategy development in a commercial context Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leaders Strong presentation skills Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision making Understanding of the U.S. three-tier distribution system, a plus Health and Wellness: medical, dental, vision, mental health support resources, fertility and family building programs.
