Education
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required; MBA or Marketing degree preferred
Professional Experience
7+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing in wine and spirits
Practical/Technical Knowledge
Deep understanding of and delivery on consumer expectations within territory
Able to maintain a flexible and adaptable mindset by continually evaluating, revising and responding with agility to meet rapidly evolving business needs
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and distributor networks
Strong interpersonal and people management skills to navigate complex relationships spanning broad geographies
Well-developed finance and budget management skills

Ability to act as a liaison between distributor and other stakeholders

This role requires frequent driving to support account visits, transport POSM, and meet essential business needs. Driving is an essential function of the position. A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are required. Eligibility for a company vehicle is subject to a satisfactory driving record and completion of the Company’s approval process.
