Education: Degree holder (MBA preferred)
Languages: Fluent English & Spanish
Professional experience & know how:
Minimum 7 years' experience in sales at international level ideally on Wines and Spirits Market
International business negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of key LAC markets and Travel Retail
Team Management
Good team management skills (retail specialists)
Able to influence and motivate teams who may not directly report to this position

Extensive knowledge of key travel retail segments
