Education: Qualified French law degree. Commonwealth law training is ideal.  Languages: French and English Professional experience & know how: • 8-10 years’ of solid experience in general commercial and distribution law gained from leading law firm and relevant in-house legal advisory role.  • Proven records of managing legal matters across multiple jurisdictions. • Experience working in a complex, matrixed multinational organization. Technical & management skills : • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with executive presence.  • Ability to learn and develop new expertise in different areas of laws.   Personal & interpersonal skills: • Mature, collaborative with high integrity.
