EUROPE RETAIL EDUCATION MANAGER - RETAIL TEAMS DEVELOPMENT (M/W)

Graduate of a business school or equivalent, you have at least 5 to 8 years of experience in the premium or luxury retail sector, including significant experience as a Boutique Manager and/or Retail Manager. You master the codes of client excellence, performance management, and inspiring leadership. You possess a solid experience in training, support, or field coaching. Fluent English is mandatory, proficiency in a second European language is an asset. Charismatic, structured, and results-oriented, you know how to unite, inspire, and embody the Dior vision in the field.
