Senior Manager, Engineering

Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED Minimum 7+ years experience in a distribution center or similar industry Advanced knowledge in Excel (e.g., Data management, pivot tables).  Working knowledge of a WMS (Manhattan preferred) Comfortable in analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting analytical conclusions Experience managing others and projects Experience in continuous improvement initiatives Familiarity with Labor Management (preferred) Ability to work independently Curious, creative, and innovative Critical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate and present across all levels of employees and management Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple, concurrent priorities Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related engineering / science field preferred
