Parfums Christian Dior - Sensory Research Coordinator (Tokyo)

Profile: Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 3 years’ experience of marketing or product development in FMCG, preferably in cosmetic industry Experience in the field of sensory analysis or qualitative and/or quantitative research are preferred Knowledge of and/or experience in product planning, development and sensorial evaluation are preferred   Behavioral Skills: Deep interest in beauty products and market Well-organized and independent Precise and conscientious worker Clear and concise communication skills Able to upkeep professionalism Team player Able to express own opinions with confidence and to convince relevant departments Good analytical skill and logical thinking   Technical Requirements: Computer Proficiency: MS-Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook). Advanced knowledge in sensory data collection and statistical software (e.g. SIMS 2000, XLSTAT, Eye Question, FIZZ, SAS) is preferred. Prior experience in statistical analysis and reporting is preferred Strong written and oral communication skills in Japanese and English Business level English is required
