Parfums Christian Dior - Traffic Strategy Lead (Tokyo)

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field; advanced degree a plus. 5–8 years of experience in performance media, digital marketing, or e-commerce growth roles. Proven ability to manage media investments and optimize digital traffic for conversion. Strong analytical skills with experience in traffic analysis, attribution, and KPI-driven planning. Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Tableau) and CRM/CDP platforms. Experience working with media agencies and cross-functional teams. Collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in both Japanese and English preferred.
