DIGITAL SPECIALIST ROMANIA & EXPORT

TECHNICAL SKILLS & MUST-HAVES:   University degree and previous professional experience (ideally within the cosmetics, beauty, or premium goods industry), backed by a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and industry best practices. Familiarity with or additional expertise in visual e-merchandising, SEO/keyword research, website UX, Google Analytics, and diverse paid media channels (paid social, SEM, programmatic, direct, email marketing) is considered a strong advantage. Hands-on platform management skills, including end-to-end content creation, product listings optimization, and the ability to independently create, edit, and upload graphics and product descriptions. Bilingual communication and presentation excellence, requiring fluency in Romanian and advanced English (both written and spoken) for seamless daily business operations and impactful stakeholder presentations; a basic or communicative level of Polish is a distinct advantage (nice-to-have). Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel (complex functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data matching) and PowerPoint, to effectively support data analysis and strategic reporting.
