Logistics Systems Lead
About the role
New Implementations and Evolutions
Strategically lead the business fit analysis, gap identification, and scope definition for new implementations and evolutions, partnering closely with business stakeholders to evaluate and recommend optimal technological alternatives.
Provide comprehensive leadership for the IS aspects of all new projects, overseeing planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination
Proactively manage communications, risk mitigation, and issue resolution among all project participants (IS and Business)
Ensure successful project delivery from analysis and design through UAT, go-live support, and post-implementation training, while meticulously documenting all solutions and identified gaps for future reference and continuous improvement
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to analyze issues and requests and formalize a synthetic proposal on the functional changes
Ability to understand and implement LVMH standard operating procedures
Ability to work individually with little supervision and in a team with other department members, users or consultants
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to animate business community
Reports directly to ERP & Middleware Factory Director

Ideally experienced in international / multi-brands context + knowledge about luxury industry / retail industry
Deep expertise in warehouse processes management across B2B, B2C, and e-commerce channels in a high-volume, multi-brand retail environment

Profile
University degree in Computer Science or related field
Fluent spoken & written English (+ good command of Spanish and French is an advantage)
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Logistics IT management, with a strong focus on WMS implementations and support (e.g., Manhattan Scale), ideally within a multi-national retail or luxury goods environment
