Payroll & Accounting Specialist

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Ideally, 3+ years of progressive experience in an accounting and payroll role within an international and fast-paced environment. Essential: Demonstrated expertise in managing full payroll cycles for at least two of the Nordic countries (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark), with a strong preference for candidates with comprehensive knowledge across all four. Solid understanding and practical experience with core accounting principles, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and complex reconciliations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP. Hands-on experience with Travel & Expense management software, such as Concur. Advanced analytical skills, with an unwavering commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) Soft Skills & Attributes: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic setting. A proactive and innovative mindset, consistently seeking opportunities to identify and implement process improvements. Dealing with ambiguity Languages: Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of a Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is a significant advantage, particularly for effective engagement with local regulations and teams.
