Retail Manager Nordics Travel Retail
About the role
Ideally, you would have at minimum 7-10 years of progressive retail management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the luxury fashion, beauty, or accessories sector. Travel retail experience is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to drive substantial sales growth within a luxury retail environment
Be at ease in a multicultural and multilanguage environment
Fluency in English is essential proficiency in additional languages relevant to the travel retail location is a significant advantage
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as dictated by the demands of a dynamic travel retail environment
Extensive travels in Europe (Norway, Germany, and Northern Europe…) with a minimum of 3 days per week, including frequent field visits.
