5 years of professional experience in Soft Component Development or a related field Expertise in major textile (leather will be a plus) transformation and decoration processes Expertise in cutting and stitching all the materials and appreciated in soft materials and transformation processes Solid project management skills True team player with an optimistic attitude Pro-active, organized and detail-oriented Structured way of working & multi-tasking Fluent in English, German is a plus
