IT Backoffice Transformation Project Manager (m/f/d)

Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field. Proven track record (7+ years) in successfully leading and delivering complex transformation projects Deep expertise and profound knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, as well as familiarity with PLM and QA solutions. Strong background in manufacturing processes, procurement, quality management, engineering, supply chain, R&;D, product development, and sales operations. Exemplary project management skills paired with exceptional leadership and team management abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation Analytical thinking and strong vision Outstanding communication skills and persuasiveness, to resolve issues with cross-functional teams Willigness to travel for approx. 20% of your working time, especially during the role out-phase Mandatory fluent German and English skills in written and verbal; French would be beneficial
