Your experience and skills Outgoing, customer-focused, and an intuitive sense for Luxury: as the newest RIMOWA member, you'll strengthen our customer relationships and continue to build them through first-class consultations. With individual CRM goals, extensive product and repair training, you shine in all customer interactions - from consultation to sales to small repairs on site. The connection to our customers doesn't end when they leave the store - as an after-sales professional, you'll continue to be a professional point of contact for all after sales topics. A travel companion for life - our iconic products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, a demand we also place on our repairs.
