Within the Client Care ecosystem, the Project & Performance Manager supports business in strategic-oriented projects, process-optimization initiatives and performance improvement driving efficiency, experience or profitability.
The position will report to the Head of Global Client Care.
Your missions:
Lead projects:
- Actively manage all related projects linked to Client Care roadmap : strategic and IT projects
- Define project scope: objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Identify project requirements, and resources needed
- Lead project team, allocate resources, and manage project steps to achieve objectives. Monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure tasks are completed according to the timeline. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Establish effective communication providing regular project updates, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Define project budget, monitor expenses, track costs, and ensure adherence to budget constraints
Manage Continuous Improvement Processes:
- Identify process inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement process improvements to streamline operations (quick wins as well as long term projects)
Ensure & monitore performance:
- Monitor, analyse and challenge KPIs across regions (NPS, leadtime to repair, repair productivity…)
- Budget : Coordinate with Regions, challenge and consolidate P&L;, ensure monthly follow up with finance
- Identify performance gaps and bottlenecks, and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop actionable plans for improvement.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights and opportunities for operational optimization.
Your profile:
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, business administration or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in project management is required
- Good communication skills and strong team player
- Strong analytical, data-crunching, and structured skills with priority management
- Ability to simplify and communicate on complex topics
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under short timing in a fast-paced environment, to meet deadlines, responding to issues quickly with an open and positive attitude
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments (IT, Retail, Ecommerce, CRM, Finance, Product, …) and with all Regions
- Strong Excel, Power Point and presentation skills, proficiency in Power BI is a plus
- English fluent
