Global Technology Engineer (m/w/d) - Metal Materials

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field Several years of relevant professional experience in the industry. Furthermore, you possess in-depth knowledge of production processes and a strong technical understanding; a specialization in metal forming is advantageous.  Strong project management skills, including experience with methodologies such as Agile or Lean Manufacturing Excellent analytical and structured work methods, coupled with outstanding problem-solving abilities. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, an independent and solution-oriented work style, and a proactive approach. Strong leadership skills to guide teams through change processes. You have gathered previous experience in collaborating in intercultural, virtual, or international environments.  Fluent German and English skills are required for international communication.
