Working Student - Model Maker for Design Mock Ups (m/f/d)

Currently enrolled student in Product/Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related field (working student status required). 1–3+ years of experience in prototyping, model making, or workshop fabrication, preferably within a product design or industrial setting (student-level experience accepted). Practical expertise in fabrication techniques, including 3D printing and traditional handcrafting methods; CNC machining and vacuum forming are a plus. Strong understanding of materials and their properties, including plastics, metals, composites, and woods. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, CAD models (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino), and design specifications. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a workshop environment, with a safety-first mindset. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate rough design visions into feasible mock-ups according to the product brief. Languages: Fluent English a MUST, German a PLUS.
