Team Lead Purchasing (m/f/d)

YOUR PROFILE: University degree in Purchasing Management or Engineering Minimum 10 years’ experience as buyer or cost engineer in industrial fields Demonstrated knowledge of several industrial markets (e.g.: aluminium, plastics, textile), from the raw material up to a finished product, including machinery and processes Excellent skills and several years of experience in leading teams Strong project management skills, including developing action plans, identifying deliverables and presenting results Proven analytical skills and passion for data with great attention to details and proven ability to collect, question/challenge and analyse data as basis for bottom-up cost modelling and decision making Enthusiastic negotiation skills and contract knowledge, high communication and presentation skills, with strong influencing and persuasive talents Ability to adapt in a changing environment and navigate between strategic and hands-on activities Fluency in English and German is appreciated
