Background University degree (e.g. Masters) in a related field (business, HR, Finance…) Minimum 3 years of similar professional experience Experience in data analysis and HRIS Solid project management skills with cross-functions, transversal management and collaboration Passionate about engaging people and strengthening the company data culture True team player with an optimistic attitude Proactive, organized and detail-oriented Structured way of working & multi-tasking Willingness to learn in an international environment Skills Advanced MS Office skills An experience working on PowerBI and SAP Success Factors is appreciated Languages: Fluent in English. French/German are a strong plus
