Training and Employee Experience Specialist, Distribution Center
About the role
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Learning & Development, with a strong focus on distribution, warehousing, or supply chain settings.
3+years of Project Management experience; proven ability to plan, track, and communicate annual learning goals.
Proficient in Excel and data analytics; able to interpret and leverage data to drive program effectiveness.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging and presenting to diverse audiences at all levels (Fluency in English & Spanish required, French is a plus).
Agile, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated experience in health and safety training, compliance programs, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and follow-through.
Proven commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all learning initiatives.
High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
This onsite role allows one remote day per week and requires a flexible schedule for training across all shifts.
